We use a CAM software to allow us to machine custom parts with precision accuracy in a timely manner to allow us to keep customer costs low. This ranges from 3-axis milling with complex 2D and 3D surfaces as well as 2 Axis lathe work all of which being capable of production jobs.

We will make programs for your CNC machines using a CAD software to program efficiently if needed.

We are able to take a broken part create a new blueprint using a CAD software and produce a finished part to your needs and specifications.

We use a precision surface grinder to grind parts flat within .0002-.0004 of flatness.

We use MIG welders to help use create complex fabrication parts while making them as strong sound as possible.

We use a special Aluminum MIG welder that allows us to get the job done faster helping to keep customer costs low.

We use TIG welders to weld stainless steel and other metals otherwise impossible to weld.
